- Pantry/Refridgerator Sweep – In this one-hour session, we’ll purge the less desirable foods from your pantry and refrigerator and I’ll make suggestions for more healthful alternatives.
- Cooking for Your Health Made Easy - In this session you’ll learn how to prepare a fresh, wholesome meal in just 30 minutes. Cooking healthful foods is a lot easier than you think. Recipes are included.
