It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and wellness goals with a trained professional. As a health coach, I’ll create a supportive environment for you to do that. While I’ve studied all the major dietary theories, we’ll focus less on restrictive diets and more on discovering what foods work best for you and how we can incorporate them into your daily life.
My approach to nutrition doesn’t dwell on counting calories. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, we’ll work on creating a happy, healthy and balanced life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and guilt. We’ll do that by addressing all aspects of your life including; diet, relationships, exercise and spiritual well-being.
No one diet works for everyone. I will help you find the food and lifestyle choices that will enable you to make gradual, lifelong changes.
