Morning Meditation Walk

If you're struggling to make time for yourself try scheduling it on your calendar. A little exercise and fresh air increases your energy level making you all the more productive when you get back to work or to carry on with your day.

I like walking because it's free and requires very little gear, but mostly because it allows me to commune with nature and clear my head.

Spring has finally arrived, so I'm scheduling time on my calendar to get outside and enjoy the warmer weather. Take time for yourself, you deserve it.
